Matric with 5 years+ experience handling administration in a Manufacturing environment handling projects.

Experience in installations advantageous.

MS Office essential.

Responsible for:

  • Scheduling installations and repairs.
  • Assist with quotations.
  • Complete daily reports.
  • Request quotations for safety training.
  • Set up regular project meetings to discuss status on all projects.
  • Ensure toolbox talks are done.
  • General administration and record keeping.
