• Qualification in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment
• Excellent client correspondence skills (written and verbal)
• Strong administrative and secretarial skills

• Accurately capture and maintain data across internal systems
• Maintain, update, and manage records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times
• Handle client communication via email, telephone, and in person in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond to client queries timeously and follow up on outstanding matters

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to consultants and the broader team
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence as required
