Intermediate​/Senior Trainees

We are currently seeking Trainees with experience that are looking to join PKF Octagon.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in Case Ware
• Understanding and application of International Auditing Standards
• Knowledge of IFRS and ability to interpret reporting requirements
• Ability to perform substantive testing, analytical procedures and control testing
• Understanding of full audit process from planning to completion
• Ability to prepare and audit working papers
• Ability to identify audit risks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Knowledge of Tax principles and company law

Minimum requirements:

• Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA level
  2)
• Consistently good academic record
• Good communication skills
• Driver's license
• Must be a South African Citizen
• One or two years articles experience
