Hire Resolve is currently seeking experienced Creditors Clerks to join our client’s team in Johannesburg. As a Creditors Clerk, you will be responsible for processing accounts and managing payment activities in accordance with financial guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
The processing of supplier receipts & invoices on an ERP systemThe preparation and finalization of supplier reconciliationsMonitoring and reconciliation of sub ledger control accountsMonitor and review list of outstanding purchase ordersThe preparation of daily and month-end EFT paymentsLiaison internally with site managers and buying departmentLiaison with external suppliersMaintaining of proper filing systemMonitoring of BBBEE status of vendorsCapturing and maintaining Raw Material SchedulesCapturing Internal labour hours on Job cardsRequirements
Grade 12Further financial training will be advantageous1-2 years’ experience in creditors administrationHave knowledge and experience with ERP software (Preferably Accpac)Write, understand, and communicate in English.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMust be prepared to work after hours when neededWill be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentWill be able to work independently as well as in a team environmentNo criminal recordAssisting in preparation for internal and external auditsPlease note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
