Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting

An established Wealth Management firm in Bedfordview requires an Accountant with strong technical and compliance skills. The successful candidate will handle a full accounting portfolio, manage SARS interactions, and oversee payrolls.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 years’ relevant accounting experience

• Auditing background essential

• Proficient in Sage, Sage One, and Quick Books

• Proven experience dealing directly with SARS (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax, etc.)

• Payroll administration experience

• Strong analytical, communication, and supervisory skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounting functions for multiple entities

• Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements

• Handle SARS submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations

• Oversee and process payrolls accurately and on time

• Review and supervise junior accounting staff

• Support management with reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation
