Advanced Excel spreadsheet + Pay
- Space Junior Accountant with 5 years working experience.

• Matric Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Excel spreadsheets + Pay
  - Space Junior Accountant.
• Accounting/bookkeeping qualification or relevant experience in the accounting field.
• Preferably Pay
  - Space work experience.
• Solid understanding of Accounting Principles.
• High level of Excel spreadsheet competencies + Pay-Space proficiency.
• Proficiency in any Accounting package.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive analytical skills.
• Proven administrative experience.
• Experience processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Experience with monthly journals / reconciliations of all general ledger accounts.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Maintaining fixed asset registers including monthly depreciation journals.
• Reconciliation of suppliers through aging, including monthly depreciation journals.
• VAT reconciliations including submission of VAT
  201s on e-filing, including monthly depreciation journals.
• Processing of daily transactions, including from bank statement.
• Assisting with debtors’ receipts processing and collection.
• Annual audit preparations.

Monthly Salary: 25 000 – R 33 300 CTC per month (depending on years of experience regarding the requirements of this vacancy only).

Please Note:

A pension fund of 4% - 11% of your monthly salary will be deducted from your monthly salary, which is mandatory for all employees. The full amount would also be deducted from your monthly salary – this is not negotiable. NB: the company does not contribute to the pension fund at all.
