Experience with in an accounting firm will be highly beneficial.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Accounting degree
- Accounting experience (completed articles advantageous but not essential)
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
- Experience working on Sage Online Accounting
- Experience using Xero
- Case Ware experience, specifically drafting financial statements for clients
- Solid Income Tax knowledge
- Experience drafting management accounts for clients
- Preparation and drafting of management accounts for clients
- Drafting annual financial statements using Case Ware
- Assisting clients with day-to-day accounting queries
- Processing and reviewing accounting records on Sage Online and Xero
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax legislation
- Income tax calculations and related submissions
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting schedules
- Experience with in an accounting firm or professional services environment is highly beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Client-focused with good communication skills
