Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Production Manager based in Jesup, GA. The Production Manager oversees daily production operations, ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of products. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, optimizing workflow, maintaining quality control, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role also involves monitoring production schedules, addressing challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational goals.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating production teams.
• Proficiency in workflow optimization, quality assurance processes, and production scheduling.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for solving operational challenges and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
