- Manage and lead a team of Dock & Door Technicians and Team Leads across your territory
- Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of:
- Loading dock levelers (hydraulic, mechanical, air-powered)
- Overhead/sectional doors and high-speed industrial doors
- Safety barriers, vehicle restraints, dock seals, and shelters
- Dock accessories and warehouse safety equipment
- Conduct ride alongs, job site visits, and in-field evaluations
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring proactive communication and service excellence
- Promote a safety-first, high-performing, positive team culture
- Monitor technician performance, productivity, and billable hours
- Approve weekly time cards and conduct performance reviews
- Audit work orders for accuracy, completeness, and profitability
- Provide hands‑on technical support for escalated issues
- Support operational improvements and best practices
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Hands‑on mechanical skills and a problem‑solving mindset
- Strong leadership and people development abilities
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
