Are you a seasoned construction professional with a knack for managing complex projects? We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast‑paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our business.
This role includes limited travel through MD/DC/VA with reimbursement for travel when necessary. A great team and room to become an even more senior leader down the road.

- Present detailed work orders to clients and team members.
- Manage change orders effectively to ensure project continuity.
- Support billing and collections processes to maintain financial stability.
- Place material orders, ensuring timely and cost‑effective acquisition of necessary resources.
- Partner with production teams to guarantee smooth operations.
- Manage project logistics, including RFIs, change orders, materials, labor, budgets, etc.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for project management tasks.
- Oversee the project life cycle, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and time constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, fostering a positive working environment.
- Minimum of 5+ years in a project management role within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of construction projects effectively.
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam or equivalent project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and supporting billing and collections.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset with proactive issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
