Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) Level 4
We are seeking a highly experienced Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) Level 4 to join our team in California. The TDNA will use advanced tradecraft, technical expertise, and analytical skills to identify, characterize, and track targets across complex networks, supporting mission objectives through sustained Area of Responsibility operations.
Responsibilities- Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open‑source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
- Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
- Develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
- Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 11+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) tradecraft.
- Expertise in tradecraft for target characterization across multiple domains.
- Strong background in network analysis, SIGINT, AMOD, and packet analysis.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Top Secret with Polygraph.
ITAR RequirementThis position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR, or be eligible for an export license as required. U.S. citizenship may be required due to contract specifications.
Salary Range$150,000 – $200,000 per year (dependent on level, responsibilities, location, and experience).
