- Assist with month-end close processes
- Support monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activities as assigned
- Provide documentation and support to independent auditors during year-end audits
- Assist with preparation and filing of sales, use, and property taxes
- Process company credit card transactions and reconciliations on a monthly basisli>
- Calculate and record monthly sales commissions
- Provide support to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested
- Assist the accounting team with special projects and additional tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 4+ years of general accounting experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions accurately
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
