What You’ll Do:
  • Assist with month-end close processes
  • Support monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activities as assigned
  • Provide documentation and support to independent auditors during year-end audits
  • Assist with preparation and filing of sales, use, and property taxes
  • Process company credit card transactions and reconciliations on a monthly basisli>
  • Calculate and record monthly sales commissions
  • Provide support to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
  • Generate ad hoc reports as requested
  • Assist the accounting team with special projects and additional tasks as needed
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • 4+ years of general accounting experience preferred
  • Strong ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions accurately
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Data entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
