Location:

• Builds student base by creating safe environments for all golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships with each student. Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of swing/game, determine lesson goals, and act as Trusted Advisor for each student. Seek opportunities to develop as a teacher and adapt teaching to students’ understanding. Continuously look for new ways to build a robust student base and strive to meet financial and metric goals for the role.
• Engages in community outreach by partnering with local organizations to teach and promote the Golf Galaxy experience. Lead initiatives to promote services such as Fitting, Lessons, Club Tech, and other department offerings to create lasting relationships with golfers.
• Collaborates with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience during fittings and lessons, offering guidance on lesson plans and sharing knowledge with teammates and golfers.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years experience
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training
• PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1,2,3 or interested in becoming a PGA/LPGA Member through our Associate Program
• Trackman Level 1 & 2
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for golf equipment & related technology
• Desire for continued learning and teaching others
• Stays current with industry trends

Targeted Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $73,200.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
