Tiger Graph Developer (Contract to Hire)

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Tiger Graph Developer.
Position type: Contract to hire (Hybrid).
Duration: 12 months.
Location: Jersey City, NJ.

As a Tiger Graph Developer, the candidate will work with a team to design, implement, and maintain graph database solutions using Tiger Graphs platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Graph Data Modeling: Design and build efficient and scalable graph data models based on business requirements.
• Query Development: Write and optimize complex queries using GSQL to retrieve and analyze data from large‑scale graph databases.
• Integration: Integrate Tiger Graph with other systems, applications, and data pipelines (ETL processes, APIs).
• Optimization: Monitor query performance and develop optimization strategies for large‑scale deployments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (data engineers, software developers, data scientists) to ensure successful deployment and integration of graph‑based solutions.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot existing graph databases to ensure smooth operation and resolve issues.
• Write common graph algorithms such as community detection, similarity, and centrality on existing data.
• Well‑versed with REST API development using Python.
• Experience with Unix shell scripting.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Autosys.
• Knowledge of React.js.
• Experience with HDFS/Hadoop platform.

Pay Range: $68/hr (W‑2) with variations based on education, experience, location, and specific duties.
