The .NET Full Stack Engineer will design and develop next-generation trading systems and enterprise applications.
This role involves building scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions, collaborating across teams, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop distributed, event-driven systems optimized for low latency and high throughput.
- Implement asynchronous processing frameworks and resilient messaging services.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver robust, end-to-end workflows.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization across platforms.
- Adhere to engineering best practices and standards.
- Support production and non-production environments, including participation in on-call rotation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on software design and development experience in a Full Stack Developer role.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and experience with client-server desktop and web applications.
- Experience with Win Forms, WPF, and WCF.
- Familiarity with third-party components such as Component One and Dev Express.
- Knowledge of Java technologies (preferred).
- Experience with time-series databases (e.g., KDB+).
- Familiarity with Linux environments and Unix shell scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of low-latency design patterns and performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of order management systems and FIX protocol.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Hub, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy).Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI developer assist tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot).
- Familiarity with financial services or brokerage systems.
- Ability to understand complex end-to-end systems and identify performance or scalability bottlenecks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Self-driven innovation and comfort working with leadership.
