Technician Supervisor, Chillers

Our consulting group offers a full range of commissioning services for both new and existing facilities, and our technical services group provides start-up services on complex HVAC equipment from a wide range of manufacturers.

The HVAC Technician Supervisor, Chiller specializes in the start-up and service of equipment for air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management. We are seeking both experienced and entry-level HVAC technicians to support our growing service business. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, be dependable, and have strong customer service skills. This role services our NYC/NJ area.

The Supervisor will lead our Chiller team.

• Lead and supervise the Chiller team on projects and service engagements.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across applications including air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management.
• Perform start-up and commissioning activities for HVAC equipment.
• Provide dependable service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support operations within the NYC/NJ service area.

• 3+ years in a HVAC management role
• 5+ years of solo field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning (Journeyman)
• Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration
• Controls background a plus
• EPA certification
• Must have a clean driving record
