* JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* +  
** 5+ years of global security operations experience, preferably in a GSOC or enterprise security environment.*
* +  
** Hands-on experience with CCURE 9000 access control systems.*
* +  
** Experience operating Victor video surveillance systems..*
* +  
** Strong knowledge of alarm panels, intrusion detection, and incident escalation procedures.*
* +  
** Proven experience with access control and badge management.*
* +  
** Ability to monitor and respond to alarms, CCTV feeds, while conducting 24/7 video surveillance monitoring to identify, assess, and appropriately respond to security events in global operations environment.*
* +  
** Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, due to changing operational needs.*
* +  
** Strong written and verbal communication skills.*
* +  
** Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations.*
* +  
** Proven experience with access control and badge management.*
* +  
** CPR/First Aid certification (required or ability to obtain upon hire)*

** Experience supporting global or multi-site security operations.*

** Familiarity with security reporting systems and incident management platforms.*

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.

+ Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points, visitor traffic, and key-controlled areas in accordance with site procedures, including verifying identification and/or credentials as directed.

+ Observe and report unusual conditions, alarms, and/or security-related hazards, completing accurate reports and communicating updates to site leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security experience.

+ Possess a college degree.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A guard card/license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
