We have a new opportunity for a Part‑Time Security Officer! Working overnight Monday and Tuesday.

• Maintain daily log with hourly notations
• Ensure visitors sign in and leave picture identification
• Assist residents with maintenance concerns; complete work orders and give to maintenance department
• Contact appropriate individuals for emergencies
• Assist governmental agencies (fire, police) as needed.

Understanding of fire alarm systems, emergency call systems, entrance doors, gates, telephone system, and paging systems.
