Global Security (GS) safeguards the firm's employees and assets by developing and enforcing security policies, ensuring compliance, and managing security operations for ATMs, and branch locations. The Technical Security (TS) team supports these efforts by designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced physical security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance, in partnership with stakeholders across Global Security, Real Estate, the Consumer LOB, and Global Technology.

As a Technical Security Project Manager within our Global Security , you'll lead the deployment and enhancement of advanced physical security technologies for our Consumer/Retail ATM network across North America. In this role, you will manage multiple technical security projects, oversee ATM security initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver effective security solutions. You'll be responsible for developing security plans, maintaining project documentation, preparing executive reports, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, technical expertise in physical security systems, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to safeguarding our employees and assets.

Job responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver technical security projects for the Consumer/Retail ATM team across North America, focusing on the deployment and enhancement of physical security technologies.

  • Oversee a portfolio of ATM security initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and managed service providers to implement security solutions, emphasizing value and effectiveness for ATM deployments nationwide.

  • Develop and execute security plans, including device selection and deployment strategies.

  • Participate in security assessments, project meetings, and cross-functional working groups.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update project management databases.

  • Prepare executive-level reports, track project milestones, and elevate issues as needed.

Required qualifications , capabilities and skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from large-scale initiatives to smaller end-to-end projects.

  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and budgeting skills.

  • General knowledge of ATM deployment, operations, and security.

  • Proficiency in data management, including creating CSV files for system uploads.

  • Experience preparing executive reports, tracking targets and budgets, and resolving project challenges.

  • Ability to identify risks, support business continuity, and integrate with other technical security platforms.

  • Experience leading technical security operations, strategy sessions, and product support groups.

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, network architecture, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.

  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability.

  • Knowledge of physical security technologies such as PSIM, PIAM, PACS, VMS, intrusion detection, and alarm monitoring systems.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
