Vin World is hiring a Senior Business Development professional to drive new customer acquisition for our domestic transportation division in Rutherford, New Jersey.

This is not an entry-level role and not designed for career switchers or first-time sellers. This is a true hunter position for someone who already understands how transportation sales works — outbound prospecting, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts, navigating pricing conversations, creating urgency, and closing deals in a competitive market. You will be expected to own your pipeline, bring in new logos, and consistently produce revenue with minimal ramp-up.

You will be responsible for creating new business and expanding Vin World’s customer base across the U.S.

Day to day, you will:

  • Prospect and target new customers through high-volume outbound activity
  • Identify and penetrate new accounts within complex supply chain environments
  • Own your territory and pipeline with full accountability for results
  • Run the full sales cycle, from first outreach through close and handoff
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with decision-makers
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
  • Work closely with operations and capacity teams to execute on what you sell
  • Help shape outbound strategy, territory planning, and sales execution
