The Strategic Voice Key Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new business/sales, managing customer relationships, and developing/performing all sales activities in their assigned market. This position requires a strong aptitude for identifying customer business needs and building relationships with primary influencers in the purchasing decision process. The ideal candidate has extensive hunting and farming experience and is comfortable with developing mid- and long-term strategies, sales forecasting, and other business needs.

- Understand our solutions well enough to support your client’s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
- Identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.
- Consistently increase your number of clients by building a healthy pipeline of accounts.
- Manage outcome-based customer relationships.
- Implement a sales strategy to ensure that sales meet or exceed targets.
- Develop and deliver accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Telecom Sales/Carrier Sales Management with a proven sales track record.
- Experience in the Telecom industry required.
- Voice and Messaging/CPaaS experience is required.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent written/verbal communication skills who can develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.
- Experience negotiating, decision-making, and closing with prospects as well as customers.
- Highly motivated and flexible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excited and motivated to drive the growth of a cutting-edge consumer brand.
- Willing and able to travel and work collaboratively with a global team of professionals.
- Proficient with tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary Range
: $94,000 to $120,000 USD annual base salary. The final salary is based on factors including internal equity, knowledge, experience, education, and skillset. There may be higher earning potential based on a variable compensation plan if targets are met, paid quarterly in addition to base salary.
