Quality Lead – SAP Success Factors Compensation Module
Responsible for quality assurance on a cross‑functional project team, leading quality planning and test execution for the SAP Success Factors Compensation Module and its integration with SAP ERP US (Post Bonus Payment).
Responsibilities- Represent QA on cross‑functional project team, responsible for quality planning including test planning and execution.
- Maintain test plans and test cases to reflect current requirements.
- Plan and execute testing cycles: UAT, performance, integration, regression, etc. in an Agile environment.
- Maintain Quality Center test cases and related activities.
- 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors Compensation Module.
- Experience with SAP ERP US integration (Post Bonus Payment).
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance, quality control techniques, and SDLC.
- Knowledge of Quality & Performance Center use and administration.
