• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment is clean and inspected
• Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in moderate-risk environments requiring safety precautions
• Strong customer service skills and ability to assist customers effectively

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with rental equipment and operations
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
• Ability to drive a forklift (certification can be obtained through U-Haul)
• Willingness to obtain certifications for filling propane and equipment inspections
