Seeking an Advanced Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to support nephrology patients at our Newton location.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient education.
- Perform dialysis rounding, support CKD clinics, hospital rounding, and on‑call duties as permitted by state regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
- Work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend call coverage; travel across clinics, dialysis centers, and hospitals as needed.
- Board certified and licensed in NJ as PA or NP, with NCCPA or AANPCB certification.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience; experience with kidney disease preferred.
- Valid DEA license required.
