Acclaim Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in delivering outstanding care to our residents. Your Role- Deliver High-Quality Care:
Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with individualized care plans. - Coordinate and Communicate:
Collaborate with doctors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure optimal outcomes. - Monitor Resident Wellbeing:
Assess and document changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately. - Administer Medications and Treatments:
Safely and efficiently manage medications and medical interventions. - Promote a Safe Environment:
Uphold infection control and safety procedures in accordance with regulatory standards. - Lead with Compassion:
Support and guide CNA staff while fostering a positive and professional team dynamic.
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
