RN Manager, Bilingual Spanish, Assistive Care – Jersey City, NJ. Full-Time OR Part-Time;
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Salary
: $90,000–$100,000 annually plus a $5,000 bonus.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Assistive Care State Programs office in Jersey City, NJ. This role combines clinical leadership, team development, and direct client impact across Hudson County.

• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout Hudson County.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Spanish fluency required
• Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required

• Competitive compensation package with a salary range of $90,000–$100,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
