Overview
Seeking an Advanced Practitioner to manage nephrology patients at our Newton location.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians to assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and educate patients with kidney disease.
- Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and manage care in various settings, including clinics, dialysis centers, and hospitals.
- Responsibilities include dialysis rounding, supporting CKD clinics, hospital rounds, and occasional weekend call.
- Strong clinical skills, communication, leadership, and ability to travel are essential.
- Board certification (as applicable by specialty)
- New Jersey licensure
- DEA license
- At least two years of clinical experience
