Overview
Facility: Optima Care Harborview
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Shift: All Shifts Available
Salary: Up to $38 per hour
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Provide direct nursing care and ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner
- Assist with wound care and other clinical responsibilities as assigned
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
- Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but not required
