Key Responsibilities:
Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with compassion and attention to detail.Individualized Care Plans: Tailor care to meet each resident’s unique health needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to maintain residents’ health and comfort.Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise medical records, ensuring accurate observations, treatments, and evaluations.Confidentiality: Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.Requirements:
