Pay Range: $46.47 - $64.93 per hour (anticipated hourly wage for New Jersey)

Required:

• ADN education
• Operating Room RN experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

Preferred:

• BSN education

• Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• ACLS
• PALS

• Day Shift (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM) – 35.3 hours per week
• Full Time – Monday to Friday, including holidays

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice and regulatory standards; uphold the ANA code of ethics.
• Ensure patient safety and evidence‑based practice, maintain own knowledge, and advance knowledge through communication and resource utilization.
• Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
• Know the patient population served.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate team members, collaborating with other providers.
• Set priorities and evaluate outcomes through appropriate interventions.
• Serve as an individual practitioner and interdisciplinary team manager, using the nursing process to individualize care plans.
