RN - CVOR

Day shift: 4x10 hours, 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM. Must work/be on call 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit requirements. Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) required. On-call twice a week and every third weekend.

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with at least 1.5 years of current acute care OR experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in circulating and scrubbing, with exposure to adult open heart and general cases (when hearts are not in surgery).

• Assist with surgical procedures as a circulator and/or scrub nurse.
• Provide care for adult patients undergoing various types of surgeries, including orthopedic, vascular, general, thoracic, and neuro surgeries.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the surgical team.
• Maintain sterility and manage surgical instruments during operations.

• 1.5+ years of current acute care Operating Room experience.
• Active NJ or Compact nursing license at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is a plus.
• Previous charge experience is advantageous.
