Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute national and regional conferences, trade shows, educational workshops, and customer events.
• Create, update, and manage marketing materials including videos, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging, and implement strong brand identity across all collateral.
• Maintain website and expand presence in other digital channels; lead digital marketing activities including email campaigns, social media, and customer outreach.
• Manage relationships with relevant societies, foundations, advocacy groups, and patient communities.
• Translate market insights and feedback from providers, patients, and partners to actionable inputs to targeting, ongoing product development and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert with deep understanding of the product and value proposition.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive successful go-to-market execution.

• MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN NEW JERSEY
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in field marketing, product marketing, communications, or medical education
• Healthcare or medical device experience
• Proven success in trade show organization
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and proven ability to work independently, flexibly and globally
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as Wordpress
• Travel up to 70% travel to support conferences, field activity, and customer engagement.
