The Advertising team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract new prospects to the company. As part of the Brand & Advertising team within E
* TRADE, you will help create high-impact advertising campaigns and manage creative production across multiple channels.

• Support the Head of Advertising in developing a new advertising campaign, including TV commercials, paid social content, and integrated launch materials across channels such as organic social, website, PR, and internal communications.
• Serve as the main point of contact with creative agency partners from concept through final production.
• Oversee internal review cycles and deliver clear, actionable feedback to agency teams.
• Ensure all creative assets meet platform requirements and manage the trafficking and delivery of final materials to media partners.

• Manage campaign timelines and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Oversee production budgets, partnering with cost consultants and agencies to ensure cost efficiency and best‑rate negotiations.
• Coordinate closely with media teams on channel specs, delivery deadlines, and asset needs.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Advertising Analyst in project execution.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey campaign strategy and creative work.
• Support special projects as needed across the advertising function.

• 6–8 years of experience in advertising, ideally with creative production and agency or client‑side experience.
• Strong understanding of advertising best practices, marketing principles, and creative development across TV, social, and digital channels.
• Experience producing broadcast creative and familiarity with pre‑production, production, and post‑production workflows.
• Proficient in both paid and organic social media strategy and platform best practices.
• Highly organized with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and able to manage projects independently.
• Experience managing a direct report is a plus.
• PowerPoint proficiency is preferred.

Pay Rate- $60-$62/hour
