This is a lead/supervisory role for a Senior Production Technician to perform daily manufacturing tasks in an ISO-regulated cleanroom. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Line Lead, Production Lead, or Supervisor and be skilled in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting semi-automatic and automatic equipment.

• Assemble components and perform in-process quality checks

• Complete accurate batch and manufacturing records per GDP

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot filling and pouching equipment

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and schedule calibrations

• Assist with packaging, sterilization prep, and occasional warehouse support

• Train production staff and report status or issues to the Production Manager

• Support label approvals and manage specialty product claims (e.g., Organic, non-GMO)

• 10+ years of cleanroom manufacturing experience

• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Experience with production equipment operations and basic maintenance

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Knowledge of SOPs, ISO, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards

• Familiarity with PLC is a plus

• Detail-oriented, strong communicator, adaptable, and well-organized
