Senior Vice President, Global Head of Services

Develop and execute global professional services strategy in alignment with company’s priorities across product, sales, and marketing. Lead a high-performing team of integration engineers, implementation professionals, and PS leaders working with sales team and customers to drive adoption of capabilities to deliver business value. Cultivate a team culture that includes high ownership, customer‑first focus, fast‑paced, high integrity, and an optimistic and positive environment.

Cultivate executive relationships with C-levels within customers and partners. Work with engineering and product to develop product roadmaps aligned with customers’ needs, new market opportunities/requirements, and the competitive landscape. Develop business and strategic cases for new service offerings and drive consensus among decision‑makers. Work across teams to develop service offerings, value propositions, sales playbooks, partner programs, marketing strategy, pricing and revenue tracking.

Report out on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related degree plus 60 months of experience as Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Consultant.

• Experience with software systems integration and support, managing offshore application development, business/IT analysis, software delivery capability process identification, VB, Oracle, ASP.NET, , Crystal Reports, and Visio.

Annual Wage: $261,248.
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
