Asset Servicing Vice President

## For additional information, please review .The Asset Services Vice President (VP) is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of asset servicing events. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and develop a team focused on continuous improvement. The VP will oversee data analysis, reconciliation, transaction processing, and issue resolution related to complex voluntary corporate action events and other asset servicing functions, contributing to a culture of risk management and client satisfaction.

** Responsibilities:
*** This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events
* These activities include revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
* Demonstrates ability to lead projects or offer solutions at an advanced level for assigned area
* Solves complex customer problems and consults with customer as required
* Responsible for end-to-end project management, resource management, financial issues and risks to execution
* Defines, develops, implements and tracks appropriate KPIs and SLAs for the group
* Recommends and implements systems and procedural enhancements for Asset Servicing
* Liaises with internal and external clients to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
* Demonstrates advanced understanding of Asset Servicing operations combined with a comprehensive understanding of how own area Integrates with other departments to contribute towards achieving business objectives
* Supervisory role to new or lower level personnel
* Responsible for day-to-day resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. Persuades and Influences others through developed communication skills
* Performs other duties as assigned by manager
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

*** Senior level experience in a related role
* Subject matter expert in at least one area of the function
* A minimum of 6 years of experience
