We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the execution of strategic programs and initiatives.

This role involves managing multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to manage competing priorities and drive program success.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned with business goals and client needs.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Project Management
  • Oversee the execution of individual projects within the program, ensuring coordination and alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Resource Allocation
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure optimal performance and delivery.
  • Identify resource gaps and work with leadership to address them.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and collaboration.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track program performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or related industries.
