Since 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items and employ team members across multiple offices worldwide.

• Sort all orders by return carrier service.
• Verify order correctness and completeness.
• Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
• Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.

• 1-3+ months of previous shipping experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division by 5, 10, and 20, using weight and volume measurements.
• Effective listening, ability to clarify and present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to read and interpret written information and write simple correspondence.
• Supportive attitude, respect for others, integrity and alignment with company values.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Efficient time management and focus on quality and accuracy; ability to meet productivity standards.
• Follow instructions, take responsibility for actions, and commit to deadlines; willing to work long hours when necessary.
• Solid computer skills with familiarity in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Bending and twisting of neck/waist, squatting as needed.
• Computer use: typing, mouse work, and sitting at a computer for extended periods.
• Hand use: regular tasks potentially including use of pliers or tools.
• Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Lifting and carrying: ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Occasional exposure to warehouse environments with temperature and humidity fluctuations.

Hourly Rate:
The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
