Onsite. The pay range for this role is $87,500k- $125k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for MES implementation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, operations, engineering, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among members to achieve project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the MES by all users.
• Training & Support: Coordinate training for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful operation of the MES.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational efficiency post-implementation.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and best practices.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, PPT, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior MES software solutions program experience.
