Contract Length: 15 months (March 2026 – June 2027)
Pay Range: $70-90/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote (EST required) or New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid preferred)
Our client, a leader in the Healthcare sector, is looking for a skilled Lead Analyst – HR IT Program / Enterprise Systems & Testing Coordination to join their team for a 15 month engagement. This project involves providing analytical, coordination, and testing leadership across HR technology work streams to support a large‑scale enterprise separation initiative. This is a high‑impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables- Performing data discovery, data mapping, and cross‑system analysis across multiple HR technology platforms.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT) and End‑to‑End (E2E) testing across all HR systems—a major program responsibility.
- Documenting system interactions, dependencies, requirements, and creating user stories (potentially in JIRA).
- Coordinating with internal teams, including Procurement, Architecture, Security, and technical teams, and assisting with vendor/supplier contract tracking.
- Supporting overall program execution by identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies across work streams.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role.
- Deep expertise in providing analysis, discovery, and testing coordination across HR systems in a large enterprise‑level background (ideally as a lead). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (mandatory) and coordinating cross‑system testing efforts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
