Pay Range: $38.71-$55.30 per hour

Join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as a Business Analyst specializing in Ledger & Financial Reporting. Based in Jersey City, NJ, this contract position requires collaboration with various business groups to define and implement functional solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data validation.

• Create and maintain functional and technical business requirements in collaboration with business partners.
• Develop functional solutions and conduct walkthroughs to secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of requirements.
• Define and coordinate testing requirements with QA teams.
• Manage and elevate project issues and risks within the governance structure.

• 6 years of experience with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst.
• Understanding of financial functions within banking, including ledgers and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple business groups and domains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
