Your role and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) on design and execution plans regarding implementation and associated integrations of the Hashi Corp tool(s) defined in the scope of the engagement.
  • Execute on the technical customer solution plan designed by the Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) assigned to the customer account.
  • Design, implementation, and management of Hashi Corp enterprise solutions.
  • Assist in the design and configuration of third‑party integrations with Hashi Corp enterprise solutions.
  • Creation of support documentation, automation, runbooks, and similar collateral associated with Hashi Corp enterprise solutions.
  • Assist in the application or execution of software patches and upgrades to Hashi Corp enterprise solutions in non‑production environments.
  • Consult with various customer application, platform, and operations teams on how to integrate their tools, applications, and services with Hashi Corp tools.
  • Execute specific tasks throughout the customer cloud transformation journey as it relates to the Hashi Corp product suite.
  • Build automation for the deployment, management, and operation of one or more Hashi Corp solutions.
  • Directly impact developer velocity while satisfying the objectives of governance, risk & controls.
  • Be cognizant of, and effectively communicate, the business value of the Hashi Corp product suite to customers.
  • Articulate the technical functionality of Hashi Corp products and additional 3rd party integrations to practitioners, product owners, and managers.
  • Educate individual contributors on best practices regarding system administration, service administration, automation, and observability.
  • Be subject to additional background checks and screening performed by the customer.
Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experience operating Linux and Windows systems
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, CI/CD, and version control solutions
  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code
  • Exposure to and general understanding of at least one public cloud service provider and their most common services
  • The ability to work well in group environments
  • The ability to work independently, executing on a provided roadmap
  • The ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms
  • Familiarity with common security and compliance requirements
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Additional Platform Knowledge:
    Exposure to various platforms and products, with ability to articulate value proposition / ROI and understand competitive landscape.
  • Advanced Solution Design:
    Experience with designing complex client solutions, leveraging current product capabilities and providing input to product teams for solutions refinement.
  • Enhanced Technical Accelerators:
    Exposure to multiple technical accelerators, such as demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, Proposals, and MVPs, to drive sales.
