Japanese and English bilingual resources.
Support for QA, UAT, and Go-Live Activities
Specialized support aligned to the project timeline, ensuring successful execution of UAT and deployments.
Deliverables include:
Test environment readiness documentation for QA and UAT
Issue investigation support (infrastructure related findings)
Deployment scripts and runbooks for Phase 2 and Phase 3
Go-live implementation checklist and infrastructure signoff package
Post deployment technical validation and stabilization handover
