• Drive automation roadmaps, including intelligent automation
• Work with management teams to drive automation adoption across the enterprise
• Designing and architecting the RPA solution using UiPath platform
• Ensuring the RPA solution architecture is scalable and extensible
• Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
• Leading in design, specification and selection of RPA solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
• Partner with customers to identify the best customized solution that meets their requirements in terms of RPA strategy on an enterprise level
• Facilitate and Lead requirements gathering /process design workshops with very large groups of SME’s and business teams
• Hands‑on experience in process assessment and feasibility studies for RPA
• Understand technical issues and collaborate with technical/development team for issue resolution
• Work closely with teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
• Responsible for investigation of AS‑IS processes and design/suggest the Improved stack TO‑BE Operational Model processes based on the GAP Analysis and Problem Identification
• Experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++) and databases (SQL) is a must
• Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, etc.
• Working knowledge of Disaster Recovery Infra, high availability

• Strong experience of working as an Automation Lead for RPA projects and working with offshore delivery teams
• Experience in improving the automation adoption and scalability
• Experience in the UiPath Document Understanding, Action Center, Process Mining and UiPath Insights
• Adept in stakeholder interaction
• Good understanding of UiPath product ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel to other places, if required
• Assist project manager in project management activities (planning, efforts estimation, scheduling, project change management, scoping, project monitoring, risk management, etc.)

Experience of working and coordinating with across various groups, leading cross‑functional teams, including production support staff, management, software developers.
