Junior Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be part of the Application Support Department supporting application, vendor, and risk management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Track and complete vendor application deliverables to ensure compliance with application policies and standards
• Support applications, vendors, and application support teams in meeting compliance activities on time and with quality
• Assist with risk, security, and procedural deliverables such as access reviews, assessments, and questionnaires
• Support technical security activities including remediation of vulnerabilities and disaster recovery planning
• Update application statuses and attributes in systems of record, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting

What's Needed?

• Two or more years of experience working within banking or financial services technical teams
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn application technologies and support teams' needs
