Python Developer​/Analyst

We have partnered with our client in their search for a

• Conducting quantitative analysis to identify strategic, actionable opportunities for the Payments Digital & Design Product business
• Working with large data sets to conduct analyses that include scoping, gathering, wrangling, and visualization
• Automating analyses into dashboards and analytics products used across Payments Digital & Design product teams and senior‑level management reporting to enhance the customer experience at scale
• Supporting the prototyping of machine learning algorithms, communicating analytical results to various audiences, and assessing new data sources and techniques
• Using product design and management discipline working with Data Science and Technology partners to deliver scalable data solutions
• Adhering to standards of excellence of the team by demonstrating professional expertise, strong work ethic, integrity, and professional behavior

• Deep understanding of the financial services or Payments industry
• Experience analyzing large data sets using programming languages such as Python, R, SQL and/or Spark and experience using data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, Num Py, scikit‑learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn)
• Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts and exposure to one or more Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms:
  Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle/SQL Server/Teradata, Cognos/BO, SAS/R?
• Experience using machine learning techniques and advanced analytics (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, time series, causal inference, and natural language processing)
• Deep understanding of the financial services or Payments industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and teamwork skills

• 3+ years of experience within MIS, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics roles
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
