Business Analyst

Functional Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate with business users to understand and document requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to align business needs.
• Develop functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements.

• Prepare test plans and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Resolve issues identified during testing and post-production support.

• Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and system enhancements.
• Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries and issues promptly.

• Assist in project planning, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with change management procedures and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
