Position: Sr. Project Lead with Scrum Master
Job Summary The Senior Project Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing projects while serving as the Scrum Master. The role specializes in Project Management, Change Management, and Agile Methodologies, with a primary focus on ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget by applying agile principles.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows agile principles and practices.Implement change management strategies to effectively communicate project changes to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and delivery timelines.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure success.Drive continuous improvement through agile retrospectives and process optimization.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on agile practices and project management techniques.Skill Requirements
Proficiency in Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams, and ensuring adherence to agile principles.Strong background in project management, change management, and agile methodologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills for leading teams and stakeholder interaction.Experience implementing agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address project challenges.Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP are highly desirable.Additional Requirements
Expertise in Change Management, creating training curriculums, Business Architecture, Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau), Agile Software Development, Requirement Gathering, SDLC, Cloud Computing, SQL Workbench, Analytics, Pharma background, Risk Management, KPIs, Advanced PowerPoint, Excel Macros, Data Science, Data Wrangling, working with real-world datasets, Project and Team Management, Process Improvement, Good presentation skills, storytelling, executive summaries, and synthesizing information.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of R, SAS, Python is a plus.
