Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be part of the Application Support Department supporting application, vendor, and risk management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
DetailsJob Title: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Pay Range:
Responsibilities- Track and complete vendor application deliverables to ensure compliance with application policies and standards
- Support applications, vendors, and application support teams in meeting compliance activities on time and with quality
- Assist with risk, security, and procedural deliverables such as access reviews, assessments, and questionnaires
- Support technical security activities including remediation of vulnerabilities and disaster recovery planning
- Update application statuses and attributes in systems of record, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Two or more years of experience working within banking or financial services technical teams
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn application technologies and support teams’ needs
