Position Overview

Weareseekinga TUC /eBuilder Process Developertodesign ,develop,implement, andmaintainefficientprocesseswithinthee

Builder(TUC) platform.

Thisroleiscriticaltooptimizingprojectworkflows,improvingcommunicationandcollaboration, andsupportingthesuccessoflarge-scaleconstructionprojects,including the

Newark

Redevelopment(EWRR) program.

Theideal candidatewillbringstrongtechnicalexpertise, adeepunderstandingof

TUCfunctionalities, andprovenabilitytotranslatecomplexprojectrequirementsintoeffectiveprocesssolutions.

Thisrolewillalsoinvolveprovidingtechnicalsupport,onboarding, and trainingtointernalandexternalstakeholders,ensuringseamlessadoptionofnewprocessesacrossmulti-billion-dollar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Development&Optimization:
• Design,develop, andimplementnew TUCprocessesalignedwithbusinessandprojectgoals.
• Documentbusinessrequirements,workflows, andprocessdiagramswithclearownershiproles.
• Performuseracceptancetestingandensuresuccessfuldeploymentofworkflowchanges.
• Template&Configuration Management:
• Maintainanddeveloptemplates(documents,budgets,schedules, mailmerges).
• Supportconfigurationchangesand ERPintegrationsacross
  
  EWRRedevelopmentprojects.
• Stakeholder Support& Training:
• Providetechnicalsupporton
  
  TUCfunctionality,troubleshoot issues, andresolveproblems.
• Traininternalandexternalstakeholdersonnew andexistingprocesses.
• Developtrainingdocumentation,manuals, and guidesforongoingreference.
• Workwithcross-functionalprojectteamstoensuresuccessfulprocessadoption.
• Createandmaintainreportsand folderstructurestosupportprojecttracking.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegreein
  
  Computer
  
  Science,Engineering,Information Technology,orrelatedfield.
• Minimum5yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience,withatleast3yearsin TUC/eBuilderprocessdevelopment.
• Strongknowledgeof
  
  TUCfunctionalitiesandapplicationwithinconstructionprojectmanagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, andrelatedtools.
• Excellentcriticalandanalyticalthinkingskillswithadetail-oriented mindset.
• Proven communication,organizational, and trainingabilities.
• Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyand aspartoflargecross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiencewithlarge-scale,complexprojectsorcontracts.
• Familiaritywithairportredevelopmentorinfrastructureprojects.
• Knowledgeofconstructionindustrymethodologies,workflows, anddocumentationstandards.
• Understandingofcontractdocuments,specifications, andregulatoryrequirements.
