Position Overview
Weareseekinga TUC /eBuilder Process Developertodesign ,develop,implement, andmaintainefficientprocesseswithinthee
Builder(TUC) platform.
Thisroleiscriticaltooptimizingprojectworkflows,improvingcommunicationandcollaboration, andsupportingthesuccessoflarge-scaleconstructionprojects,including the
Newark
Redevelopment(EWRR) program.
Theideal candidatewillbringstrongtechnicalexpertise, adeepunderstandingof
TUCfunctionalities, andprovenabilitytotranslatecomplexprojectrequirementsintoeffectiveprocesssolutions.
Thisrolewillalsoinvolveprovidingtechnicalsupport,onboarding, and trainingtointernalandexternalstakeholders,ensuringseamlessadoptionofnewprocessesacrossmulti-billion-dollar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Development&Optimization:
- Design,develop, andimplementnew TUCprocessesalignedwithbusinessandprojectgoals.
- Documentbusinessrequirements,workflows, andprocessdiagramswithclearownershiproles.
- Performuseracceptancetestingandensuresuccessfuldeploymentofworkflowchanges.
- Template&Configuration Management:
- Maintainanddeveloptemplates(documents,budgets,schedules, mailmerges).
- Supportconfigurationchangesand ERPintegrationsacross
EWRRedevelopmentprojects. - Stakeholder Support& Training:
- Providetechnicalsupporton
TUCfunctionality,troubleshoot issues, andresolveproblems. - Traininternalandexternalstakeholdersonnew andexistingprocesses.
- Developtrainingdocumentation,manuals, and guidesforongoingreference.
- Workwithcross-functionalprojectteamstoensuresuccessfulprocessadoption.
- Createandmaintainreportsand folderstructurestosupportprojecttracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’sdegreein
Computer
Science,Engineering,Information Technology,orrelatedfield. - Minimum5yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience,withatleast3yearsin TUC/eBuilderprocessdevelopment.
- Strongknowledgeof
TUCfunctionalitiesandapplicationwithinconstructionprojectmanagement. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, andrelatedtools.
- Excellentcriticalandanalyticalthinkingskillswithadetail-oriented mindset.
- Proven communication,organizational, and trainingabilities.
- Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyand aspartoflargecross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experiencewithlarge-scale,complexprojectsorcontracts.
- Familiaritywithairportredevelopmentorinfrastructureprojects.
- Knowledgeofconstructionindustrymethodologies,workflows, anddocumentationstandards.
- Understandingofcontractdocuments,specifications, andregulatoryrequirements.
